Yeah it could be, there is some fast moving hemi's around here. Check the tech section, there are some build ups in there.

Thanks, I'll be sure to check them out. I know it doesn't have a lot to do with F.A.S.T but I'm not a resident of the USA so I couldn't compete anyway, even with a legal car.
