Legal seats for FAST
I did a search and didn't find anything on seats. My car is not a restomod but I do have one thing that is different. My car is a 69 but has a 70 mach 1 interior. I am buying the 69 interior over time and converting it back the way it should be so that is not an issue. The current front seats are 2003 Mach 1 seats which I got for cheap. They look like the 69-70 comfort weave seats except for the head rests which are adjustable. The seat belt holders unscrew from the seat which make it look even closer to the older seat. Is this a dis-qualifier for racing? I do hope to find some decently priced 69 seats to replace the 03 seats someday, but for now, that is what I have.

Re: Legal seats for FAST
Well, we would really like to see the correct seats in the car. But if your in a jam for one race and that`s all you have.... it is on the inside of the car I suppose we could let it slide once. We just don`t want to open the door for this happening all the time.

Re: Legal seats for FAST
Thanks for the answer. I will be looking for the correct seats. I agree on not opening that door. That could turn into an ugly rabbit hole. I have about a year to fid them.
