1979 Ford F-350 Super Cab Camper Special
2WD 460-4V C6 auto PS PB AC Cruise 4.10 gear
The good stuff:
Fresh 460(less than 10,000 miles) from a 1971 Lincoln (D1VE block & D0VE heads), Edelbrock Performer intake, Holley carb, & Duraspark ignition. When the engine swap was done, a new Edelbrock timing chain was put on.
New (within the last year) front brakes (pads & rotors), sway bar end links front and rear, shocks, deep aluminum pan on C6 trans, extra trans cooler & 2-1/4" dual exhaust with H-pipe and Flowmaster mufflers. It has good tires with lots of life left and mid 90's Ford aluminum wheels. The A/C and cruise control still work. Column mounted Sun tach. I have been using this truck for about 4 years as a tow vehicle for my really heavy & fat 1970 Torino Cobra. It runs great and has not let me down.
The not so good stuff:
Needs some floor pans on both sides. Windsheild is cracked in 2 places, luckly not right in the driver's line of vision. There is other rust in the usual places but nothing really bad.
A good dependable truck with many years of service left in it.
Located in the Detroit area.
